Water meters are located INSIDE your residence as they contain water and will freeze. The gas and electric meters are typically outside of the house.
Your meter is normally located in your basement toward the street side of the house close to the floor.
Please provide all numbers including leading and stationary zeroes. The last two numbers on the right may not agree. This is okay as the billing is based on 100 cubic feet and the last two numbers are not used.
