The City of Kenosha is requesting bids for two new single family homes to be constructed on city-owned lots in Summer 2023. Bids will be due by 4:00 pm on Thursday June 8, 2023.

 

The homes will be located at the following locations:

 

1) 5047 17th Avenue, Kenmont 20' Model

2) 6035 25th Avenue, Harvest 26' Model

 

Bid packets including plans, specifications, surveys, bid forms, exterior color schedules and relevant bidding information follow below.
