45th Annual Kenosha YMCA Firecracker Run/Walk starts and ends at Library Park. The course goes down Third Ave., and turns around on Second Ave. to head back to Library Park.

Fireworks are discharged from Celebration Place, 5501 Calabria Way, east of the museum campus downtown. Arrive early to find a spot close to the action or enjoy from a less-crowded distance at lakefront parks including Pennoyer Park to the north or Southport Park to the south.

Youth fastpitch softball tournament series
EVENT CATEGORY: Public EventsThe 2023 Washington Park Pool Family Swim and Water Safety Instruction's objective is to provide an evening of extended pool hours to accommodate families who would not otherwise have the opportunity to utilize this community resource while also providing water safety instruction and an opportunity to interact with various community safety partners and resources.
EVENT CATEGORY: Public EventsSunrise Beach Yoga with Dana will be held during the warmer, summer months and include 40 minutes of gentle, mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation to help participants wake their body and find stillness in their mind. Total class time will be approximately one hour. Studies show that practicing yoga and meditation in nature can greatly improve mental well-being. Students will be asked to bring their own towels to practice on. Class cost will be $10/per person.
