The Lincoln Park Live Music Series presents five free concerts at 6:30 p.m. on select Wednesdays in June, July and August at the Lincoln Park Flower Gardens. The performer for this date is Christopher's Project Mowtown Revue.
Christopher's Project is lead by Chris Pipkin on Saxophone, a three-time winner of "Showtime at the Apollo." A melting pot of musical styles, the band has opened for legendary acts such as George Benson, The Temptations and The Isley Brothers. The ensemble covers a wide variety of genres, bringing a mix of classic Motown, Top 40s and originals.
Food and beverages are available for purchase.
Bring your lawn chair or blanket and prepare for a musical treat, with selections ranging from Broadway show tunes to popular hits. Admission to the concerts at Pennoyer Park Bandshell is FREE.
