    July 27: Libido Funk Circus: LFC's origin dates back to 1996 when a group of guys from Chicago's original music scene decided to throw a disco party for their closest friends. Over the years they added 2 female singers and expanded their repertoire to include music from 60's to current and various musical genres.

    Yoga with Dana

    Sunrise Beach Yoga with Dana will be held during the warmer, summer months and include 40 minutes of gentle, mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation to help participants wake their body and find stillness in their mind. Total class time will be approximately one hour. Studies show that practicing yoga and meditation in nature can greatly improve mental well-being. Students will be asked to bring their own towels to practice on. Class cost will be $10/per person.
