This festival is to celebrate Mexico Independence Day with live music, folkloric cultural dance groups and a parade.
Parade begins at 12 noon at Seventh Avenue and 44th Street and travels north along Seventh Avenue to Pennoyer Park. Look for horses, school bands and more.
