Current tax year payments (full payment or 3 installments) made by July 31 are paid to the City of Kenosha.  Delinquent payments, paid after July 31st, are payable to Kenosha County Treasurer http://www.kenoshacounty.org/589/Treasurer

CAUTION! DO NOT PAY TWICE! On-line payments are not immediately posted to accounts. They are applied the next business day, dated according to payment date. Accounts are updated on-line the next business day after payments are applied.
