This will be a yoga class for kids ages 5-12 led by a KPL staff member who is a certified children's yoga teacher.

EVENT CATEGORY: Public EventsSunrise Beach Yoga with Dana will be held during the warmer, summer months and include 40 minutes of gentle, mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation to help participants wake their body and find stillness in their mind. Total class time will be approximately one hour. Studies show that practicing yoga and meditation in nature can greatly improve mental well-being. Students will be asked to bring their own towels to practice on. Class cost will be $10/per person.
