Address a letter to the Park Director with the attached special events request form.

Most requests are submitted to the Park Department for review in January, as this prevents scheduling conflicts. A park use agreement must be completed and you must provide proper insurance coverage. Your event may have to be approved by the Park Commission, so please submit it at least one month prior to your planned date.
