In order to hold a special event in the City of Kenosha, begin by reading the Special Events Procedures to determine which of the following application forms and other information you will need to submit.

• Application - required for any event.
• Equipment Rental Request - required for the use of benches, picnic tables, etc.
• Temporary Structure Form - required when using tents, trailers, inflatables.
• Public Amplification Permit - required when using a sound system, DJ, etc.
• Fermented Malt Beverage Sales - required when providing or selling beer/wine.
• Park Vending Permit - required when selling or providing food or other services.
• Open Burning - contact the Fire Department for requirements/restrictions.

Return the appropriate applications and information to the Park Division. Staff will review the request and you will be notified and you will be notified of approval and/or if it will need to go before the Park Commissioners.
