capped. Requires a certificate from a licensed electrician that
electrical power has been disconnected. Requires foundation
to be leveled to at least one (1) foot below grade and filled
in with 95% non-combustible fill material. The top two feet
of fill must be dirt, sand or gravel. Permit is issued on the
condition that applicant provides a bond, approved by the City
Attorney as to form, guaranteeing that the structure will be
razed within the time limits and in the manner provided by City
Ordinance. |
